The ocean-front room and outdoor amenities could seriously use maintenance!!! The AC remote doesn't work properly, no hot water from the sink, and loungers need repairs. Not exactly the paradise I hoped for!!!

Perfect backdrop for relaxation. While the amenities were decent, I struggled with the internet connectivity as each pass code issued had to be renewed at front desk. The staff was friendly, but English communication was limited. I'd recommend it for solitary stays.

Amazingly comfortable room, the bed was good. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe were useful. The location was excellent in the middle of jackson. The staff were very very helpful and excellent, a real pleasure to deal with.

It was trip and we will be back. We stayed here before, always exceptionally nice and clean rooms with a balcony. The breakfast had variety of outstanding food and drinks...

The mini fridge in my room was stocked, including mini bottles of drinks and snacks, making for a nice touch .

I experienced some frustration with the Wi-Fi, as the internet pass code had to be renewed frequently, which interrupted my online activities.

We stayed in a comfyroom with good bedding, a balcony and very quiet air conditioning. The cost was usd 3926.

Fine turtle release event

The location is beautiful, with the beach just steps away, perfect for enjoying some waves even if it was a bit too rough for most. It was lovely to swim in the clear pool, and even had a bar nearby for some refreshments. The service at the restaurant was friendly, even if a bit slow at times.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience was still worth it.

I stayed in a Double Room for one night. The room was comfy, with crisp white linens and plush pillows. I loved the huge walk-in shower with a nice rain showerhead. The small patio was perfect, and the mini fridge was stocked with snacks and drinks. It just felt fresh and inviting. One downside was that the internet connectivity was a bit of a hassle, needing a new code often. But overall, I was really pleased with my stay!

This hotel is in a breathtaking location right in the heart of the city, with friendly staff who were very attentive and took great care of us, and our double room came with a lovely balcony and a mini-fridge.

The rooms were tidy with great views! The location was super chill and right next to the ocean, perfect for long walks on the beach.

The beach was beautiful, but the best feature was the warm shower that provided comfort after a long day. The staff was generally attentive, and the restaurant offered excellent food options. The provision of a private power plant ensured reliability during energy outages. I particularly appreciated the wrist key bands for convenience.

Wi-Fi connectivity was poor .

This hotel has a stunning and wonderful location right in the heart of the city, which is definitely a plus.

The beautiful golden tan sand beach, stretching for miles, was just a few steps from my Double Room. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options each morning, and the view from my patio was amazing!
